Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of SteelHands Methuen Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

SteelHands Methuen Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and related services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Concrete driveways and patios
• Foundation and slab work
• Decorative and stamped concrete
• Concrete repair and replacement
• Walkways and flatwork
• Commercial concrete services
• Retaining walls and masonry

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are based on the information you give us about your project. We do our best to provide accurate pricing, but final costs may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and other factors discovered during the project.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. After this period, pricing may need to be revised to reflect current material costs and scheduling availability.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require:

• A deposit to schedule your project and order materials
• Progress payments for larger projects
• Final payment upon project completion and your satisfaction

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Project Changes

If you want to make changes to your project after we have started work, we will do our best to accommodate your requests. However, changes may result in additional costs and delays. Any changes must be approved in writing before we proceed.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. We provide a workmanship warranty on all our projects, which will be detailed in your contract. This warranty covers defects in our installation but does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from improper use or maintenance
• Acts of nature including freeze-thaw damage
• Settling or movement of the ground beneath the concrete
• Damage caused by third parties

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if materials have been ordered or work has begun. The specific terms will be outlined in your contract.

Liability Limitations

SteelHands Methuen Concrete carries appropriate insurance for our work. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities not properly marked by utility companies or for pre-existing conditions not disclosed to us.

Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and to remove any vehicles, furniture, or other items that may interfere with our work. You are responsible for calling utility location services before we begin excavation. We will work with you to minimize disruption to your property.

Permits and Regulations

We will obtain necessary permits for your project when required. The cost of permits is typically included in your quote. You are responsible for ensuring that the work complies with any homeowners association rules or deed restrictions on your property.

Weather and Delays

Concrete work is weather-dependent. We may need to reschedule work due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other weather conditions that would affect the quality of your project. We appreciate your understanding and will work to complete your project as quickly as conditions allow.

Dispute Resolution

If any disagreement arises regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can work together to resolve the issue. Most concerns can be addressed through open communication.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website with the date of the last update clearly marked.
